I advocate for Human Centered Design, emphasising accessibility, inclusion, user experience and digital disruption. My commitment lies in implementing a Human-Centered Design approach to guide and develop digital teams, ensuring success in both customer and business outcomes.
As a proactive leader, I firmly believe in hands-on collaboration with my team. I bring extensive experience in managing teams ranging from as small as 3 to as large as 45, spanning multiple states and countries. My passion lies in building and leading high-performing teams, with a specific focus on digital capability, launching new products to market, and executing major campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
I am involved in the entire end-to-end process, from ideation to outcome, encompassing research, design, usability testing, implementation, and adoption across all customer segments.
Bridging creativity with commercials is a strength of mine, demonstrated by a proven track record in delivering key corporate KPIs through design and usability. I also take pride in being a guardian of culture and talent, leading by example to establish an open, collaborative environment. I identify and nurture talent while fostering diversity to bring out the best in design teams and other disciplines.
